Certified Scrum Product Owner Project Managers

We are proud to announce that AG Prime has two Project Managers that are Certified Scrum Product Owners: Gabriel Ungureanu and Radu Ghita.

Gabriel Ungureanu is the founder and CEO of the company. He is constantly developing his professional skills in order to be a good leader.

Ghita Radu started as a QA Tester, and after only one year of practice he became a Project Manager due to his communication, negotiation and technical skills.

They are now certificated for activities like managing stakeholders, ROI, backlog grooming, creating effective stories, acceptance criteria for stories, defining done, etc.

Through a combination of immersive team-based learning, exercises, and real-world case studies they covered topics like:

• Plan, initiate and lead a Scrum project
• Develop the initial Product Backlog
• Improve the identification of Business Value
• Establish a shared vision for the entire team
• Generate an agile release plan utilizing user stories and story point estimation
• Manage the Gap between customer expectations and the Team’s ability to deliver
• Improve business value engineering
• Balance new features against digging out of technical debt
• Refactor the Product Backlog continuously
• Lead the Team and yet have the Team remain self-managing
• Work with Stakeholders to make them more effective

This training provided an deeper applied understanding of the Scrum process and helped participants to better develop the tools, insights, and skills required to apply Scrum on their projects and across their organizations.
