Teambuilding at Belis

Another year has passed, and we had our annual team building, this time in Belis, a small village in the Apuseni Mountains.

We were looking for a place that is away from the chaos of the city and that can be accessed by car, and we found the Sunset and Dawn guest houses.

We arrived at the location Saturday at noon and after lunch we started our first activity, called AG Prime's SWOT tree. We had a very constructive and interesting conversation about how our colleagues see the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of AG Prime. Everyone contributed with their own suggestions and we tried to figure out how to turn weaknesses into strengths and threats into opportunities. This game helped everyone in exposing their convictions and understanding that their contribution is essential to the development of the entire company.

Our next activity was the highlight of the evening: a treasure hunt.

Thanks to the huge surface of the complex (30.000 square meters), the treasure hunt was more interesting, the clues being a little bit harder to find. Through this activity we combined physical and mental exercise. We were divided into three teams, each lead by a team leader. Everyone contributed with ideas and worked together for the common goal of finding the treasure.

After dinner we sat around the campfire and told stories, jokes and we even reminisced about musical hits from our childhood and even sang them all night long.

In conclusion, we understood that team work and productivity go hand in hand and building a good team means building a successful business.
