Drupal Camp Cluj 2015

The Drupal community organizes hundreds of Drupal events each year (camps, cons, meetups, etc). A camp is an event that focuses on many aspects of Drupal in one location, having the main goal of sharing knowledge inside the community.
This year, for the 5th time in Romania, the Romanian Drupal Association’s major event, Drupal Camp, will be organized in Cluj-Napoca. Previous editions were held in Timisoara (2010), Bucharest (2011), Arad (2012) and Targu Mures (2013). Drupal Camp Cluj’s mission is to educate people about Drupal, spread the use of Drupal in the surrounding region and connect local and regional communities.
DrupalCamp Cluj is a non-commercial event, and therefore is organized and run entirely by volunteers.

In choosing the city of the event, major influencing factors were the facts that Cluj-Napoca is a multicultural city and that it has a significant potential in the field of IT. The technical universities in the area have a long-standing tradition of preparing highly-skilled specialists in software development and IT Services.
The event is taking place on the 14th-15th of March 2015 at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Theodor Mihali Street, No. 58-60, Amphitheater A1), part of the Babes-Bolyai University.
