Job opening: Back-end Technical Team Lead

Due to our growing number of new projects, we are looking to expand our team with a Backend Technical Team Lead/Senior developer.

You should have:

• Demonstrated experience in development of web applications with PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, Web Services, Apache;
• Experience with databases like MySQL;
• Experience with Drupal;
• Experience in version control (GIT/SVN);
• Capacity to write well-structured code on high development standards;
• Knowledge and experience in estimating task duration;
• Experience in coordinating teams;
• Analytical thinking and strong initiative;

Your responsibilities include developing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code whether implementing architectural improvements, features, or fixing bugs. You'd also have to follow the progress and coordinate the team that you lead, organize scrums and demos and proactively identify areas for improvement.
